All incoming equipment is inspected, diagnosed and quoted the same day as received. Repairs are expedited as “Priority”, which results in a 24 to 48 hour turnaround for most repairs. Some exceptions would be small diameter scopes and ureteroscopes. As an additional service, CWI offers an extensive loaner program to all our customers at no additional charge.

Our flexible endoscope repair technicians are capable of performing the most difficult repairs including the replacement of image guide fiber bundles, insertion tubes, and CCD Chip replacement and rewire. We specialize in the repair of small diameter flexible endoscopes including the replacement of the image guide fiber bundle. Each scope receives a 32 point inspection. CWI offers a comprehensive inspection document that gives a point-by-point assessment of the endoscope.
